How AJYX makes a prediction
No black box. Here is exactly how AJYX turns your data into the numbers you see — and what it cannot predict.
Inputs AJYX can use
Predictions start with information recorded in AJYX, such as completed sets, repetitions, load, perceived effort, nutrition, body measurements and check-ins. Sleep and recovery markers can add context when they are available.
Individual baselines and trends
AJYX compares recent observations with the athlete's own history. Rolling trends reduce the influence of a single unusual day, while safety rules limit recommendations that would change too quickly.
Feedback and confidence
New workouts and check-ins update the available context. When data is sparse, inconsistent or missing, AJYX should communicate lower confidence instead of presenting an exact outcome as certain.
Limits and professional judgement
AJYX does not diagnose injury or illness and cannot observe information that was not recorded. Pain, medical concerns, rehabilitation and prescribed diets require an appropriately qualified professional.
Privacy and control
AJYX uses account data to provide its features. Users can review the privacy policy and use the available export and deletion routes to exercise control over their data.
